B2B Travel Platform for Travel Agents, DMCs & Tour Operators

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Tripzuit platform by travel agents, destination management companies (DMCs), tour operators, travel businesses, and travel service providers (“Partners”).

By creating an account or using Tripzuit, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Tripzuit

Tripzuit is a business-to-business (B2B) travel collaboration platform that enables travel professionals to connect, share inquiries, and collaborate on travel products and services.

👉 Tripzuit is a technology platform only. Tripzuit does not:

• Act as a travel agent, tour operator, or supplier
• Sell or book travel services
• Handle payments, contracts, or customer funds

All travel transactions occur directly between partners.

2. Partner Eligibility

By registering on Tripzuit, you confirm that:

• You are a legitimate travel-related business
• You are legally permitted to operate in your jurisdiction
• You have authority to represent your business
• All information provided is accurate and current

Tripzuit reserves the right to approve, review, or remove any account.

3. Account Types & Access

Tripzuit may offer multiple account types, including free and paid (premium) plans.

• Free accounts may have limited access to features, visibility, or usage
• Paid plans may include additional features or benefits
• Features and limits may vary by plan and may change over time

Tripzuit does not guarantee leads, inquiries, bookings, or revenue under any plan.

4. Partner Responsibilities

Partners are solely responsible for:

• Their travel products, pricing, availability, and descriptions
• Communication with other partners or travel agents
• Delivery of all agreed travel services
• Compliance with local laws and regulations

👉 Tripzuit is not responsible for:

• Pricing disputes
• Service quality or fulfillment
• Cancellations, refunds, or claims
• Agreements made between partners

5. Leads & Platform Communication

Tripzuit may facilitate the sharing of travel inquiries (“leads”).

By using the platform, partners agree that:

• Lead data is used only for legitimate travel business
• Lead information is not sold, shared, or misused
• Communication remains professional and lawful

Tripzuit makes no warranties regarding lead quality, volume, or conversion.

6. No Liability & Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Tripzuit is not liable for business losses, missed opportunities, or disputes
• Tripzuit does not guarantee platform availability or performance
• Tripzuit is not responsible for actions or omissions of partners

All business risk is assumed entirely by the partner.

7. Verification & Trust Indicators

Tripzuit may offer optional verification or trust indicators.

• Verification is based on submitted information
• Verification does not imply endorsement or guarantee
• Tripzuit may modify or remove verification at any time

8. Content & Intellectual Property

By submitting content to Tripzuit, partners grant Tripzuit a non-exclusive right to display such content for platform and promotional purposes.

Partners must ensure:

• Content is accurate and lawful
• No infringement of third-party rights

9. Prohibited Use

Partners may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Misuse platform data or leads
• Engage in spam, abuse, or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to bypass platform limitations

10. Suspension & Termination

Tripzuit may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated
• False information is provided
• Complaints or misuse are identified

Tripzuit may act without prior notice in serious cases.

11. Changes to Plans & Terms

Tripzuit may update:

• Features
• Pricing
• Account limits
• These Terms & Conditions

Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on Tripzuit’s operating jurisdiction.
